Integrating meditation with daily life and emotionality

Enlightenment is ours to see, hear, touch, smell,
taste, and ideate – but all we seem to sense,
is the shifting surface of that vastness. We see
reflections, but are blind to the nature of the
mirror. We see waves, but fail to experience the ocean.
We see clouds, but cannot conceive of the sky.

Bar-ché Dorje & Mé-sèl Gyalmo will give direct introduction to the silent sitting methods of Dzogchen sem-dé - the totality teaching of the ‘nature of Mind’. They will give transmission to establish the basis for the accomplishment of this practice. Dzogchen is unique in that it deals with the fundamental experience of being human at the most essential level of our perception.
The approach that they take in explaining Dzogchen, lays bare the problems which arise through our dualistic karmic vision – and creates a sense of wonderment in the immense possibility of each individual. By changing ourselves we change how we see and react on the world.
